My Path

London Ontario is my homeotwn. After completing my Bachelor's Degree at the University of Western Ontario, I travelled extensively and worked overseas teaching English as a second language. Once I returned to London, I was drawn to employment and volunteer opportunities that allowed me to be in a helping role. I have been working with individuals and families in this community for over 25 years now and I continue to be passionate about assisting people navigate a path to an increased sense of well-being.

To support your goals I hold a master’s degree in social work from Wilfrid Laurier University and have been registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers since 2009.  My diverse experience working in social service agencies, in the education system and in private practice has enhanced my understanding of the unique needs of the people that I am supporting.

I am committed to continuously educate myself on evidence-based approaches in order to provide the best counselling support possible. My goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles to your well-being and learn the skills for handling life’s challenges. Together with you, we will decide on an approach that has the potential to inspire change, support your mental health and improve the quality of your life.

You Matter

I offer supportive counselling to help youth and adults seeking clarity, balance, and strength.

Your well-being is my priority. I believe in creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Each session is tailored to your needs. My hope is that after your time with me you feel like you've had an open conversation that has left you feeling heard, understood, and valued.
